WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR BESESI PIECE. IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED, WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS, PROVIDED THE ITEMS REMAIN UNWORN AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original condition.
Packaging Requirement:
Your return must include every item originally sent, or the return may be rejected. This includes:

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind/fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is found to be defective, beSeSi will cover all shipping costs.
Exchanges
Because our products are Limited Edition, exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the item is defective.
